Psychiatrist Penelope Douglas checks in at the Hotel Nakwaga, just as the Banff World Television Festival Kicks into gear. An ethereal young concierge points Penelope in the direction of a local psychiatrist whose methods fall somewhere between Freud and Shamanism. Meanwhile, Penelope’s pregnant best friend Columbia asks Pea to be the baby’s godmother — for spiritual upbringing. Penelope does not say yes.
